To request deletion of your Rack Attack account and associated data, email Blockchain Billiards Game Inc. at the address below. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to make a request.

What to include
Use the subject “Rack Attack account deletion request” and include your player name and public wallet address, if available. If you cannot find these, tell us what you remember so we can help locate your account. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Never send your seed phrase, private key, or password.
Your account and data
Your request covers your Rack Attack account, player profile, and associated personal and gameplay data held by Blockchain Billiards Game Inc. Support will confirm completion and explain any records that must be retained, why, and for how long.
Public blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be deleted. Deleting your Rack Attack account does not delete your blockchain wallet, move funds, or remove records from the blockchain.
