Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This policy explains how RACK ATTACK! (also called Rack Attack), its mobile apps and rack-attack.app handle your information. The game and related services are offered by Blockchain Billiards Game Inc. and Blockchain Billiards Holding Company LLC (together, “Blockchain Billiards,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

For privacy questions or requests, contact legal@blockchainbilliards.io. To delete your account and associated data, use our account deletion page or email support@blockchainbilliards.io.

Information we collect

  • Account and player profile. Your account identifier, public wallet address, player name, chosen avatar, account preferences and authentication records. When you contact support, we receive the contact details, messages and attachments you choose to send.
  • Gameplay and progress. Scores, match results, leaderboards, XP, achievements, game history and participation records. Bot Challenge can record account-associated shot and table data, including ball positions, shot direction, power, spin, collisions, fouls and results, together with game, app version and platform details. We use these records to operate the game, verify results, investigate problems and improve gameplay and bot behavior.
  • Wallet and transaction information. Public wallet addresses, token balances, transaction identifiers and records of deposits, withdrawals, entry fees and rewards associated with wallet features you use.
  • Location. When you use a feature that requires eligibility checks, we request device location permission. We process the coordinates your device provides, which may be approximate or precise depending on your permission settings, and the resulting state and country. Location and device information may be stored with your account to check regional availability and prevent abuse. Coordinates are sent to Google Maps to determine the applicable region.
  • Device and service information. Device and app identifiers, app and operating-system information, language, IP address, connection and diagnostic information, and service logs. If you enable notifications, we process a push-notification token and your notification preferences.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate players; provide matches, player progress, rankings and wallet features; verify eligibility and results; deliver requested notifications; answer support requests; diagnose and improve the game; prevent cheating, fraud and unauthorized access; and meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We may also use contact information you provide for communications about our services, subject to your communication preferences.

How information is shared

  • Service providers. Google Firebase and Google Cloud support authentication, databases, server functions and notifications. Google Maps supports location eligibility checks. Hosting, network, email and support providers process the information needed to deliver their services. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Wallet services and blockchain networks. Wallet providers and Solana network access providers process public addresses, balance queries and transaction information when you use those features.
  • Other players. Your player name, avatar, scores, rankings and other game results may be displayed to other players. Avoid using personal contact information as your player name.
  • Legal and business requirements. We may disclose information to comply with a valid legal request, protect users and our rights, investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Public blockchain records and wallet security

Solana transactions are public. Addresses, amounts and transaction history recorded on the blockchain may be viewed by anyone and are generally permanent. An address can become associated with your identity if you or another service makes that connection. Deleting your Rack Attack account cannot erase blockchain records, delete an external wallet or move its funds.

The app uses wallet signatures to authenticate ownership. Wallet credentials and local settings may be stored on your device; optional biometric authentication uses your device’s operating-system controls. We do not receive your fingerprint or face template. Never send a seed phrase, private key or password to support or include it in a privacy request.

Local storage, website visits and communications

The app stores preferences, session information and pending gameplay records locally so features can work and synchronize. Our website and hosting providers process request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery, reliability and security. The support form opens a draft in your email application; its message reaches us when you choose to send that email.

You can disable notifications or change location permissions in your device settings. Features that require location verification may be unavailable without it. You can opt out of promotional emails using their unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Essential account, transaction and security communications may still be sent.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections, authentication and access restrictions, to protect personal information. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device and wallet credentials.

We operate from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws. We apply safeguards required by applicable law to those transfers.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and associated data while needed to provide your account and services. We retain support, transaction, security and other records only for as long as needed for their purposes, including legal and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, completing transactions and preventing fraud.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal and gameplay data at rack-attack.app/delete-account, through the account deletion option in the app’s Profile screen, or by emailing support@blockchainbilliards.io. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request. We may verify ownership before acting. We delete associated personal data in response to a verified request except records that must be retained for the reasons above, and explain any such retention. Public blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be deleted.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact legal@blockchainbilliards.ioto make a request. We respond to properly submitted and verified privacy requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over, as described in our terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as the services or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We provide additional notice or seek consent when required by applicable law.
